Service Description
Travu is an online social travel platform that connects travelers with other travelers, travel agents, and trip planners. Our Services include, but are not limited to, travel buddy matching, travel deal aggregation, trip planning tools, and communication features between users.
User Registration and Account Security
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
User Conduct and Community Guidelines
Users must interact respectfully with other members of the Travu community. When arranging travel with other users, exercise appropriate caution and use our recommended safety features.
Travel Arrangements and Third-Party Services
Travu facilitates connections between travelers and with travel service providers but is not responsible for the actual travel arrangements, accommodations, or services provided by third parties. Any transactions or agreements made between users or with travel agents are solely between those parties.
Content and Intellectual Property
By posting content on Travu, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content. You retain all rights to your content but are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of Travu is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection, storage, and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
Travel Deals and Promotional Content
While we strive to ensure accuracy, travel deals and prices displayed on Travu are subject to change and availability. We cannot guarantee specific rates or offerings from third-party providers.
